LDS Medieval Families Unit does support this marriage but shows her father as Duncan Stewart of Lennox (8th Earl).
Stirnet Campbell03 shows her as daughter of Sir Walter Stewart of Albany. This is possibly the Sir Walter Stewart Master of Fife executed in 1425, who was the above Duncan's grandson.

Mariot married Sir 'Black' Colin Campbell of Breadalbane, 1st of Glenorchy [922] [MRIN: 1528], son of Sir Duncan "Na-Adh" (Fortunate or Prosperous) Campbell of Lochow, 1st Lord Campbell of Argyll [919] and Margaret Stewart [1261], circa 1446 in Argyllshire, Scotland.¹ (Sir 'Black' Colin Campbell of Breadalbane, 1st of Glenorchy [922] was born circa 1428 in Lochow, Argyllshire, Scotland, died on 24 September 1489 in Tower of Strathfillan, Perthshire, Scotland ¹ and was buried on 26 September 1489 in Kilmartin, Argyllshire, Scotland ¹.)
